SERVER RULES
Short list. Read it once, play nice, and staff will almost never have to talk to you. By joining the server or the marketplace you agree to these rules.

Respect other players
- ▸No harassment, slurs, or targeted hate.
- ▸No doxxing or sharing anyone's real-world info without consent.
- ▸Keep chat PG-13. Swearing is fine, cruelty is not.

Griefing & claims
- ▸Don't break, place, or modify blocks inside someone else's claim.
- ▸If a claim expires or is abandoned, the land is fair game — but don't sabotage active builds.
- ▸GriefPrevention rollbacks are final. Don't re-grief after a CoreProtect restore.

Economy & marketplace
- ▸No real-money trading for Shards outside the official Buy Shards flow. Shards you hold must have been minted via the marketplace.
- ▸No scam listings (wrong item, wrong quantity, misleading name). Listings found to be scams are cancelled and the seller is warned or banned.
- ▸Price manipulation (coordinated pump-and-dumps) gets your listings pulled.
- ▸You may not cash out Shards for real money. There's no seller payout, and attempts to work around this break EULA compliance for everyone.

Cheating & exploits
- ▸No client-side mods that give a gameplay advantage (x-ray, auto-clickers for AFK farms, killaura, flight hacks).
- ▸No duping exploits. If you find one, DM staff on Discord — we'll credit you.
- ▸Cosmetic / QoL mods (shaders, Optifine, minimaps without cave radar) are fine.

AFK & alts
- ▸One account per person. Alts are not allowed without staff approval.
- ▸AFK farms are tolerated but you may be kicked during peak hours if the server is full.

Enforcement
- ▸First offense: warning. Second: temp ban. Third: permanent ban.
- ▸Serious offenses (real-world harassment, cheating, scams over 1000 Shards) skip straight to ban.
- ▸Appeals go to the Discord #appeals channel. Explain what happened and why you think it was unfair — we read every one.
